KBB Industry Skills Training - Sales & Customer Care

ArtiCAD is commited to helping its customers to sell. We are therefore delighted to confirm that ArtiCAD has teamed up with Graham Hayden Training in order to provide you with KBB industry skills training on Sales & Customer Care.

Over the last 5 years, Graham has run 60 courses for sales designers, proprietors and support staff to enable them to maximise lead conversions and improve their skills on sales negotiation, recognising buying signals, closing the sale and delivering first class customer care.

To date over 600 KBB delegates have attended these courses and ArtiCAD has negotiated an exclusive deal for our customers to attend the training programmes which will take place at ArtiCAD's Watford Training Suite.
