    ArtiCAD Bolsters Support Services

     

    Leading design software producer to the KBB industry, ArtiCAD, has bolstered support service provision through the introduction of a new helpdesk ticketing system to ensure that customers receive an excellent service, in an orderly fashion. The new system means that all calls to the ArtiCAD Helpdesk are efficiently logged and their nature captured, so that technicians can respond fully to enquiries in the order they were made. Each ticket can be prioritised (allowing urgent queries to be dealt with more rapidly) and despatched to the most appropriate technician for a speedy and effective resolution. This latest investment in service enhancement is part of ArtiCAD’s commitment to unparalleled customer care and is just one of many innovations following the Company’s recent takeover of its own distribution in South Africa in April 2010.
