Already strongly established throughout Australia, the next step for Kitchen Connection was to find a suitable kitchen and wardroom design application, which would integrate with the organisation’s existing business process systems and could be uniquely customised in line with the Company’s current and future requirements. Prior to working with ArtiCAD, Kitchen Connection were using a design solution that they found to be complicated to use, limited in its capacity to present impressive 3D images and was not flexible enough to accommodate the level of customisation required.

The management team established an extensive set out looking for a kitchen and wardrobe design solution that would aid sales and would meet its extensive needs. After a great deal of investigation Connection finally settled on a solution offered by ArtiCAD who distribute in Australia through their partner LearCom. ArtiCAD-Pro incorporates three dedicated modules to include kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, offering 3-D photo-realistic images and 100's of free kitchen, bedroom and bathroom manufacturer catalogues. All this alongside it’s uniquely fast, easy-to-use and quick to learn system making the sales process much quicker and effective.

Michael Pignataro has experience a lifetime in this industry and holds the position of special projects manager within Kitchen Connection, responsible for the operating systems across the country. Michael works closely with LearCom and ArtiCAD and identifies any modifications and developments Kitchen Connection requires.

The training of staff, with ArtiCAD, is also in Michael’s domain. “Training our staff is simpler than ever before because the software is so easy to use. The consultants love it because of its ease of use and flexibility. The beginners have no trouble getting started and are able to improve to intermediate and advanced levels very quickly. More importantly with the cutting edge 3D images a sales call becomes much more effective.”
