Better Kitchens, who also have a retail showroom, have been using the i-Design product for more than six months.

 

ArtiCAD i-Design enables prospective customers to easily submit detailed room layout plans for their proposed new kitchen, whilst at the same time automatically asking key questions which help to qualify the lead for the Better Kitchens sales team.

As a web-based tool, ArtiCAD i-Design has been specifically designed to generate more and better qualified sales leads from ArtiCAD customers’ websites – drawing sales prospects to their business.  Instead of just visiting a website for information, i-Design allows sales prospects to quickly and easily create and submit a detailed room layout for their kitchen, bedroom or bathroom project. As prospective customers submit their room layout details, they are also asked some key qualification questions.  Each submitted sales lead can then be accessed by the ArtiCAD i-Design user via a dedicated lead management tool, where they can be filtered, analysed, prioritised according to the qualification responses and then acted upon.  The prospect’s room layout can immediately be uploaded into the ArtiCAD-Pro design solution, ready for the designer to create a design.
