Directions

From: M25 (West of J18)

• Leave the M25 at J18.
• At the top of the slip road turn towards Rickmansworth on to the Chorleywood Road (A404).
• At the roundabout turn right (2nd Exit) into Rectory Road (A404). Stay in the left hand lane.
• At the next roundabout take 2nd exit onto Riverside Drive (A404) and take the 2nd exit at the subsequent roundabout (following signs to Northwood).
• At the next roundabout take 1st exit  onto the A4145 to Watford. This is Moor Lane which leads into Tolpits Lane.
• Continue along the road for almost 2 miles, passing under the railway bridge and then take a left at the roundabout (1st exit) into Wolsey Business Park.
• Take the first left onto the service road and proceed to the last building on the left, building 4.

From: M25 (East of J18) or M1

• Leave the M1 at J5.
• At the roundabout follow the signs to Watford town centre (Stephensons Way). Go straight on at the 1st roundabout, there is a left filter.
• At the roundabout turn right (2nd Exit).
• At the traffic lights turn on to the ring road keeping to the left hand lane. Proceed through 4 sets of traffic lights.
• Follow the lane as it filters left in to Marlborough Road.
• At the traffic lights continue straight on in to Whippendell Road. Go down this road, through the first set of traffic lights and turning left at the next set (Hagden Lane).
• Turn right at the mini roundabout (3rd exit) in to Tolpits Lane.
• At the roundabout turn right (2nd exit) into Wolsey Business Park.
• Take the first left onto the service road and proceed to the last building on the left, building 4.

From: M25 Anti-clockwise (or from A41 Southbound)

• Exit M25 at Junction 19. Turn left from slip road, following the A41 towards Watford (dual carriageway, then back to single lane).  
• As the road splits into a further dual carriageway get into the right hand lane and go straight across the next roundabout (2nd exit) Hempstead Road. (A411)
• At the end of Hempstead Road, you enter a brief one-way, taking you to a roundabout where you need the 3rd exit A412 to Rickmansworth.
• This road become a dual carriageway briefly, returning to a single lane. After the pelican crossing, at the next main set of lights turn left into Hagden Lane.
• After 500 yards go straight across the traffic lights and at the mini roundabout turn right in to Tolpits Lane.
• Stay on this road to a roundabout turn right (2nd exit) into Wolsey Business Park.
• Take the first left onto the service road and proceed to the last building on the left, building 4.
